Julie AI ("Julie", "we", "us") is a product of SkillBreed LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at julie.skillbreed.com.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Chat & Conversation Data

We store conversations you have with Julie in order to provide continuity, memory, and personalized assistance. You can delete your conversations at any time from Settings.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies that are required for login, security, and session management. These are always active and cannot be disabled.

With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how our site is used and to improve our advertising. You can choose Essential Only on the cookie consent banner to opt out of analytics cookies at any time.

Analytics Cookies

If you select "Accept All" on the cookie banner, we collect the following analytics data to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our marketing:

Full IP address (stored securely, not shared publicly)

        We never sell your data to third parties. Analytics data is used solely by
        SkillBreed LLC to improve the Julie AI service and understand how visitors discover our platform.
    

Changing Your Cookie Consent

Your cookie preference is stored in your browser's local storage under the key julie_cookie_consent. To change or withdraw your consent at any time, clear this key from your browser's local storage (DevTools → Application → Local Storage → delete julie_cookie_consent). The banner will re-appear on your next visit.

Consent expires automatically after 365 days, at which point the banner will re-appear.

Data Retention

Account and conversation data is retained while your account is active. Visitor analytics logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing admin@skillbreed.com.
